What you will need

Use the papers in this order.

  1. Before you start, collect these papers.

    Have ready:

    • A copy of the allotment letter or transfer letter, and proof that all dues are paid
    • ID proof, Aadhaar card and PAN card of the allottee, and two witnesses for the indemnity bond

  2. Fill in the application for the execution of the deed of conveyance for a freehold allotment.

  3. Fill in the affidavit and the indemnity bond that go with the application.

  4. Ask CHB for three sets of the deed of conveyance to be prepared for execution.

  5. Submit the three sets of the deed for execution with the covering application.
