What you will need

Use the papers in this order.

  1. Before you start, decide which certificate you need. Use only the papers for it. Collect these first.

    Have ready:

    • A copy of the allotment letter or transfer letter, and the payment receipts you have
    • ID proof of the applicant, and for a GPA/SPA holder, the power of attorney as well

  2. For a no dues certificate, fill in the application. If a GPA/SPA holder applies, add that holder’s affidavit.

  3. For the finalisation of payments, fill in the application, with the GPA/SPA holder’s affidavit if one applies.

  4. For a lump sum payment certificate, fill in the application, with the GPA/SPA holder’s affidavit if one applies.

  5. For an interest component certificate, fill in the application, with the GPA/SPA holder’s affidavit if one applies.
