What you will need

Use the papers in this order.

  1. Before you start, collect these papers.

    Have ready:

    • A copy of the allotment letter or transfer letter of your CHB house or flat
    • ID proof, Aadhaar card and PAN card of the owner, and the paying guest’s ID proof and photograph

  2. Fill in the application to CHB for registration under the Paying Guest policy.

  3. Fill in Form A (about the owner and the house) and Form B (about the paying guest).

  4. Fill in the applicant’s affidavit and the indemnity bond, and sign them as the forms ask.

  5. Make the paying guest agreement with your details and have the owner and the guest sign it.

  6. Fill in the police verification report for the paying guest (Kirayedar Tasdeeq) and give it to the police.
