What you will need

Use the papers in this order.

  1. Before you start, decide which path you are on: allotment of a small flat to the children of a deceased applicant, or transfer of the licence of a small flat to the children. Use only the papers for your path. Collect these first.

    Have ready:

    • The death certificate of the applicant or licensee, and proof that you are the child
    • A copy of the allotment or licence papers, and ID proof, Aadhaar card and PAN card of every applicant

  2. Allotment path: fill in the application for allotment of a small flat to the children of deceased applicants.

  3. Allotment path: fill in the death-case affidavit and the standard affidavit of the scheme.

  4. Allotment path: fill in the indemnity bond and file all the allotment papers with CHB.

  5. Licence transfer path: fill in the application for transfer of the licence of a small flat to the children.

  6. Licence transfer path: fill in the death-case affidavit and the indemnity bond, and file the papers with CHB.
