What you will need

Use the papers in this order.

  1. Before you start, collect these details.

    Have ready:

    • The other broker’s name and firm, and the property or project the deal is about
    • How the commission will be shared between the two brokers

  2. Both brokers sign the co-brokerage and fee sharing agreement before working on the deal together.

  3. Send the developer or owner the client introduction and registration letter, so the client is on record as yours.

  4. Have the commission protection and non-circumvention letter signed, so your commission is protected if the parties deal directly.
