What you will need
Use the papers in this order.
Before you start, collect these papers.
Have ready:
- The company's registration details and the name of the person who will sign for it
- The landlord's ownership paper and the employee's ID proof
Make the lease agreement under which the company takes the home for its employee, and have the landlord, the company and two witnesses sign it.

Have the employer sign a letter of undertaking, so the landlord has the employer's promise on rent and the employee's stay.
- Employer Letter of Undertaking for a Tenant (made below, with your kit details)
List the furniture and fittings left in the home in the inventory schedule and attach it to the lease.

When the landlord takes the security deposit, get a receipt for it.
