Why a kit
- Fill your details once, and every paper in the kit is filled for you.
- All the papers for the deal, in the right order, with a checklist to tick off.
- A kit counts as one download, however many papers it has.
Tell us the details of this deal once. Each document in the kit then opens with those answers already filled in, marked "From kit details", and you can change any of them.
A kit is for one deal: one set of people, one property. For a different deal, start a new kit.
These details stay in this browser tab only. Nothing new is kept on our servers, and closing the tab clears them. They survive signing in with a code in this same tab.
