What you will need

Use the papers in this order.

  1. Before you start, collect these papers.

    Have ready:

    • Your lease with the building owner, and the owner’s permission to sub-let if the lease needs it
    • Your GSTIN and PAN, and the seat or cabin rates you charge

  2. For each member who takes a seat or cabin, make the coworking seat or cabin agreement.

  3. If you hand over a whole part of the premises to another business, make the sub-lease / sub-licence agreement.

  4. For members who need the centre’s address for GST or company registration, make the landlord’s NOC for it. You fill it in; the owner signs.

  5. Each time rent or a fee is due, make the commercial rent invoice (GST).
