What you will need
Use the papers in this order.
Fill in Form 2, the application for a learner's or a driving licence.
Have ready:
- Age proof, address proof and passport-size photographs
If the RTO asks for it, get Form 1A, the medical certificate, filled in by a doctor.
If the RTO needs a sworn statement, for example for a change of address or a name correction on the licence, make the driving licence affidavit.
