What you will need

Use the papers in this order.

  1. Before you start, collect these papers.

    Have ready:

    • The land or building records of the property, and the owner’s and lessee’s ID
    • For the certificates: proof of residence and family details

  2. To let a hotel or resort, make the hotel or resort lease and have both sides sign it.

  3. To lease an apple orchard, make the apple orchard lease and have both sides sign it.

  4. If an essentiality certificate is needed for the land or building, make the application for it.

  5. If you need a bona fide Himachali certificate, make the Form-F application with its supporting affidavit.
