  • All the papers for the deal, in the right order, with a checklist to tick off.
  • A kit counts as one download, however many papers it has.

What you will need

Use the papers in this order.

  1. Before you start, collect these papers.

    Have ready:

    • The mall owner’s or the brand’s registration papers and PAN
    • The unit or space, its area, the rent or revenue share, the deposit and the period you have agreed
  2. For a large store that anchors the mall, make the mall / anchor tenant lease.

  3. For a kiosk or a counter in a common area, make the kiosk or counter space licence.

  4. For a stall in the food court, make the food-court stall agreement.

  5. If the rent is a share of the shop’s sales, make the revenue share lease for retail.

  6. If the tenant is promised that no competitor will be let in nearby, record it in the exclusivity and non-compete clause agreement.

  7. Make the common area maintenance (CAM) agreement to fix who pays for the upkeep of the shared areas, and how much.

Tell us the details of this deal once. Each document in the kit then opens with those answers already filled in, marked "From kit details", and you can change any of them.

A kit is for one deal: one set of people, one property. For a different deal, start a new kit.

These details stay in this browser tab only. Nothing new is kept on our servers, and closing the tab clears them. They survive signing in with a code in this same tab.
