What you will need

Use the papers in this order.

  1. Before you start, have these ready.

    Have ready:

    • The visitor’s passport details, and the dates and purpose of the visit
    • The host’s or sponsor’s ID, address and proof of income

  2. The host writes the invitation letter for the visitor’s visa application.

  3. The sponsor swears the affidavit of support for the parents, promising to meet their costs during the visit.

  4. Swear a relationship affidavit to show how the visitor and the host are related.

  5. If the visitor is employed, get an NOC and leave letter from the employer.
