Kit price₹499

Every paper in this kit

In the order you will need them.

  1. Partner Retirement / Admission (Reconstitution) Deed
  2. Partnership Dissolution Deed

Why a kit

  • Fill your details once, and every paper in the kit is filled for you.
  • All the papers for the deal, in the right order, with a checklist to tick off.
  • A kit counts as one download, however many papers it has.

What you will need

Use the papers in this order.

  1. Before you start, collect these papers.

    Have ready:

    • The existing partnership deed and the firm’s registration papers, if any
    • The firm’s latest accounts, and the amount each partner is owed or owes
  2. If a partner is leaving or a new one is joining and the firm carries on, make the partner retirement / admission (reconstitution) deed. All partners sign.

  3. If the firm is closing for good, make the partnership dissolution deed instead. All partners sign.

Tell us the details of this deal once. Each document in the kit then opens with those answers already filled in, marked "From kit details", and you can change any of them.

A kit is for one deal: one set of people, one property. For a different deal, start a new kit.

These details stay in this browser tab only. Nothing new is kept on our servers, and closing the tab clears them. They survive signing in with a code in this same tab.

The details of this deal

More than one person? Write the names together in the one box, like "A and B" or "A, B and C". Only the first person’s parentage and address are asked, so only theirs are filled in; add the others’ details on each document before signing.

For example: Harpreet Singh and Meena Kaur
