Use the papers in this order.
Before you start, collect these papers.
Have ready:
- Your passport, and the list of papers the immigration office or your consultant has asked for
- The papers these statements will support: land and income records, employment records, birth records
Only if you or your family have farm income to show, make the agricultural income affidavit.

Make the surname and given-name affidavit, to explain how your name is written on your passport and in the visa forms.

Ask your employer to sign the experience letter for the PR application. Our letter gives the format.
- Experience / Reference Letter for PR (made below, with your kit details)
If a paper is not in English, the person who translates it makes and swears the translator’s affidavit.

Send the request letter to your chartered accountant, asking for the net worth certificate.

A parent or relative makes and swears the affidavit of birth, where the file needs one.

Make the relationship affidavit, to state how two people named in the file are related.
