What you will need

Use the papers in this order.

  1. Before you start, collect these papers.

    Have ready:

    • Your name or your firm’s name, your office address and your identity and PAN papers
    • The builder’s or developer’s name and address, and the project name

  2. Make the RERA agent registration application for Punjab.

  3. Make the agent registration and KYC form that goes with it.

  4. If you will sell a builder’s project, make the channel partner agreement with the builder.

  5. Make a property details sheet for each property you list.
