What you will need
Use the papers in this order.
Before you start, collect these papers.
Have ready:
- Your Aadhaar and PAN, and the address and floor plan of the premises
- The landlord’s ownership paper and ID proof
Make the restaurant premises lease with the landlord. Sign it and have two witnesses sign.

Make the FSSAI declaration for your food business registration or licence.

If the municipality asks for a trade licence, make the trade licence affidavit.

Make the Fire NOC application and file it with the fire department.

Ask the landlord to sign the landlord’s NOC for GST or company registration at the premises. You fill it in; the landlord signs.
