What you will need

Use the papers in this order.

  1. Before you start, collect these papers.

    Have ready:

    • Your ownership paper, and the society’s or authority’s permission if the building needs it
    • The space, the rent or fee, the deposit and the period you have agreed

  2. To let a company put a mobile tower on your roof, make the mobile tower / rooftop lease.

  3. To let a bank put an ATM in your space, make the ATM space lease.

  4. To rent out a wall or a rooftop for a hoarding or signage, make the hoarding or signage space lease.

  5. If you give only the right to advertise at a site and not the space itself, make the hoarding / advertisement site licence instead of the lease above.
