What you will need

Use the papers in this order.

  1. Before you start, collect these papers.

    Have ready:

    • Your age and address proof, and the names and addresses of your children or relatives
    • The papers of any property you gave or transferred, and what you know of your children’s income
  2. If you are not being supported, make the maintenance application to the Tribunal for senior citizens.

  3. If a child or relative is living in your house against your wish, make the application to evict them from the parents’ house.

  4. If you gave away or transferred property and it is not being looked after as promised, make the application to cancel the gift or transfer.

  5. Make your Will, so that what you own goes where you want it to go. Sign it with two witnesses.

Tell us the details of this deal once. Each document in the kit then opens with those answers already filled in, marked "From kit details", and you can change any of them.

A kit is for one deal: one set of people, one property. For a different deal, start a new kit.

These details stay in this browser tab only. Nothing new is kept on our servers, and closing the tab clears them. They survive signing in with a code in this same tab.

The details of this deal

More than one person? Write the names together in the one box, like "A and B" or "A, B and C". Only the first person’s parentage and address are asked, so only theirs are filled in; add the others’ details on each document before signing.

For example: Harpreet Singh and Meena Kaur

More details (optional)
You (the applicant): first person’s address

We've updated our Terms
