What you will need
Use the papers in this order.
Before you start, collect these papers.
Have ready:
- The latest electricity, water or gas bill, and the old holder’s name on it
- Your ID proof, and the paper that shows you own or occupy the property (sale deed, rent agreement or allotment letter)
To move the electricity connection into your name, make the electricity connection transfer affidavit and give it to the electricity office.

For the water and sewer connection, make the water/sewer connection affidavit.

To move the gas connection into your name, make the gas connection transfer affidavit and give it to the gas agency.

Make the water and sewerage connection application and file it with the water supply office, along with the affidavit above.
