What you will need

Use the papers in this order.

  1. Once the last instalment is paid, ask the bank for its loan closure letter or NOC. You can use our letter as the format.

    Have ready:

    • The original RC and the loan account details

  2. Fill in Form 35 and give it to the RTO with the bank's letter, so the RTO removes the bank's name from the RC.
