What you will need

Use the papers in this order.

  1. Before you start, collect these papers.

    Have ready:

    • The owner’s title paper and the approved plan of the premises
    • The area, the rent, the deposit and the period you have agreed

  2. For a warehouse or an industrial shed, make the warehouse or industrial premises lease deed.

  3. For a cold store, make the cold storage lease agreement instead.

  4. If a logistics company will store and move the goods, make the logistics / 3PL service agreement.

  5. Make the Fire NOC application and file it with the fire department.

Tell us the details of this deal once. Each document in the kit then opens with those answers already filled in, marked "From kit details", and you can change any of them.

A kit is for one deal: one set of people, one property. For a different deal, start a new kit.
