Use the papers in this order.
Before you start, collect these papers.
Have ready:
- The date of the function and the name and address of each venue or vendor
- What you have agreed with each of them: the price, the advance and what is included
Book the place: make the marriage palace or banquet booking agreement.

Book the food: make the caterer contract.

Book the photographer and videographer, the decorator and tent house, the DJ, band or artist, and, if you want one, the wedding planner, each with its own contract.

Sign each agreement with two witnesses and keep a copy of every one with the receipt for each advance.
If a booking has to be cancelled, make the booking cancellation and refund letter and send it to the venue or vendor.
