Registration at the sub-registrar
We check your papers, book the visit and take you through registration at the sub-registrar’s office.
No payment on this form. We call you first and agree the work and the price. After the call we send you a payment link (Razorpay or UPI), and the work starts after you have paid.

Typical time
Usually within a week or two of all papers being ready. We will tell you the date on the call.
Papers you will need
- The document, on the right stamp paper where needed.
- Photo ID and address proof of each party.
- Passport-size photographs of each party, and witnesses with photo ID if the document needs them.
- Property papers, where they apply. We will tell you which on the call.
