What you will need

Use the papers in this order.

  1. Before you start, collect these papers.

    Have ready:

    • The mutation order or the revenue entry you object to, with its number and date
    • The papers that show your right: the deed, the will, the family tree
  2. If a mutation is pending, or has been sanctioned and you want to appeal, file your objection or appeal (Intkal Aitraaz te Appeal) first.

  3. If a mutation is pending or has been entered and you do not agree, file your objection to the revenue entry with the officer.

  4. If the officer has already passed an order against you, file a review petition asking the same officer to look at the order again, within the time the law allows.

  5. To get the file notings, the order and the dates of hearing, file an RTI application with the Public Information Officer.

Tell us the details of this deal once. Each document in the kit then opens with those answers already filled in, marked "From kit details", and you can change any of them.

A kit is for one deal: one set of people, one property. For a different deal, start a new kit.

These details stay in this browser tab only. Nothing new is kept on our servers, and closing the tab clears them. They survive signing in with a code in this same tab.
