What you will need

Use the papers in this order.

  1. Before you start, collect these details.

    Have ready:

    • The committee’s resolution approving the service and the amount
    • The name, address and registration details of the agency or service provider

  2. To hire guards, sign the security agency agreement, fixing the number of guards, the shifts and the charges.

  3. For housekeeping, gardening and the like, sign the facility management services agreement.

  4. Have each resident sign the maintenance agreement, so the maintenance charges and duties are agreed in writing.
