What you will need
Use the papers in this order.
Before you start, collect these papers.
Have ready:
- Your Aadhaar, PAN and a recent photograph
- The address of the shop and the rent agreement or ownership paper for it
Make the proprietorship declaration to state that the business is yours alone.

Make the shop and establishment affidavit for the shop and establishment registration.

Make the Udyam / MSME declaration if you are registering the shop as a micro or small enterprise.

If the municipality asks for a trade licence, make the trade licence affidavit.

If the shop is rented, ask the landlord to sign the landlord’s NOC for GST or company registration at the premises. You fill it in; the landlord signs.
