I undertake that the Establishment shall be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958 and the Rules made under it, including as to working hours, weekly holiday, leave, and the display of the registration certificate at the Establishment, and that I shall apply for renewal or for amendment of the registration whenever the Act requires.

10. I further declare that no proceeding for cancellation of any registration of the Establishment under that Act is pending, and that the particulars given above are within my own knowledge and are true and correct, and that nothing material has been concealed.
