The account holder must be the agent named in Part A. Commission will not be paid into an account in any other name.

The agent declares that:
(a) the information in this form, and the documents submitted with it, are true and complete;
(b) the agent will not facilitate the sale or purchase of any plot, apartment or building in a project that is required to be registered with a Real Estate Regulatory Authority and is not registered;
(c) the agent will keep its own registration valid for as long as it deals in registered projects, and will tell __________ within 7 days if the registration lapses, is suspended or is cancelled;
(d) the agent will not make any statement to a prospective buyer about a project's approvals, price, specifications or possession date that __________ has not given the agent in writing;
(e) the agent will tell __________ within 7 days of any change in the information in Parts A to C.
Part F — What this form does not do
This form registers the agent with __________. It does not appoint the agent to sell any particular property, and it does not by itself entitle the agent to commission; commission is payable only under a separate channel-partner or brokerage agreement.
Personal data
This notice is given under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
The names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses in this document are collected for one purpose: registering the agent with the developer, platform or owner named above, checking its registration, and paying and reporting its commission. The developer, platform or owner named above keeps this record. It may be shown only to its staff who deal with agents, its auditors, and a tax authority where the law requires it, and it will not be used for marketing.
If registration is refused or withdrawn, the personal data in this form is kept for 90 days from that decision and then erased. If the agent is registered, this record is kept for as long as the registration lasts plus 12 months and then erased, except that records supporting commission invoices are kept for the period section 36 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 prescribes.
This document does not collect a full Aadhaar number or a copy of an Aadhaar card. PAN and bank details are collected here because commission cannot be paid or reported without them; where an Aadhaar card is offered as proof of the signatory's identity it must be masked, and a passport, driving licence or voter identity card is equally acceptable.
