Rent agreement, done
Your filled rent agreement on e-stamp paper, printed and delivered to you. You sign it; we collect it, get it notarised and deliver it back. Chandigarh and Mohali only.
No payment on this form. We call you first and agree the work and the price. After the call we send you a payment link (Razorpay or UPI), and the work starts after you have paid.
What is included
- We arrange the e-stamp certificate for your agreement through authorised Government/ACC channels.
- Your filled rent agreement, printed on it.
- Hand delivery to your address in Chandigarh or Mohali.
- After you sign, our office collects it, has it notarised by an independent notary we work with and delivers it back.
- The notarisation is done by an independent notary we work with. Our fee covers taking your papers there and bringing them back.
- The notary's own fee is extra, paid at actual.
- Registration is not part of this service.
