What you will need

Use the papers in this order.

Before you start, collect these papers.
Have ready:
- The owner’s ownership papers and ID, and the property’s address and details
- The ID and address of the person or firm who will look after the property
Sign the property care agreement with the person or firm who will look after the property for the owner abroad.
- Property Care Agreement for an Owner Abroad (made below, with your kit details)
If a caretaker will stay on the property, sign the caretaker agreement (Rakhwali Nama), which makes clear the stay is only with permission and gives no right in the property.
- Caretaker and Permissive Occupation Agreement (Rakhwali Nama) (made below, with your kit details)
To let and manage the property, give the power of attorney for letting and managing it, and have it signed and witnessed.

When keys and original papers are handed over, sign the custody receipt listing each item.

Each period, the manager prepares the rent collection and remittance statement to show the owner what was collected, spent and sent.
