4. That we, the undersigned, have no objection whatsoever to the said sale and to the grant of permission under section 118 of the Act for it, and that we make this affidavit voluntarily in support of that application.

5. That this affidavit records our consent to the sale described above only, and is not and shall not be read as a relinquishment, release or surrender of our own respective shares in the Joint Holding, which remain unaffected save to the extent expressly stated above.

6. That the statements made above are true to our knowledge and belief and nothing material has been concealed.
