AFFIDAVIT

I, __________, __________, resident of __________, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:

1. That I am the recorded owner of the land described as __________ (the "Land"), situated in Himachal Pradesh, and am the Transferor in the sale of the Land to __________, who is not an agriculturist within the meaning of the Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms Act, 1972, and in whose favour an application for permission under section 118 of that Act is being made to the Collector.

2. That I am filing this affidavit in support of that application, to satisfy the Collector that I shall not be rendered landless, nor left without a means of livelihood, by reason of the proposed sale.

6. That the sale of the Land is voluntary, made with my free will and full understanding of its consequences, and is not the result of any coercion, undue influence or misrepresentation.

7. That the statements made above are true to my knowledge and belief, that nothing material has been concealed, and that no part of this affidavit is false.
