- 1. Employer and employee
We, Qorviax Services LLP, of Bestech Business Towers, Sector 66, SAS Nagar, Punjab, write regarding Rohan Kapoor, who is the employee connected with the proposed tenancy of Amanpreet Singh, presently of House 88, Phase 7, SAS Nagar, Punjab, mobile +91 XXXXX XXXXX. This letter is signed by Aneesa Sachdeva, Designated Partner.
Employment confirmation: The individual is currently employed by the employer.
- 2. Scope of undertaking
Our undertaking is: Employer confirms employment only and gives no rent guarantee.
Where this letter confirms employment or internal reimbursement only, it is not a guarantee of the tenant’s rent and should not be read as one. Where the selected option expressly gives a direct guarantee, the guarantee is limited to the stated amount and period.
If the employee has authorised disclosure and the tenancy remains current, the employer will aim to notify the landlord within 7 days after an employment change that directly affects the stated undertaking.
- 3. No tenancy or possession rights
This letter does not itself create the tenancy, transfer possession, or make the employer a tenant unless the separate lease names the employer as lessee. It does not authorise possession recovery outside the governing Punjab or Chandigarh tenancy process.
PERSONAL DATA NOTICE
This notice is given under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Personal data appearing in this document is collected for the specific purpose of confirm the employee’s employment and administer the expressly selected housing-support undertaking, communicating about it, and maintaining the resulting legal or operational record. The data may be shown to the owner, tenant, authorised property manager or consultant involved in the transaction, and to a verification or professional service provider specifically instructed for that purpose.
If the transaction does not proceed, application-stage personal data will be retained for 90 days from the decision or withdrawal. If the transaction proceeds, the document record will be retained for the term of the tenancy or transaction, plus 12 months. Data collected only to verify identity at one moment should be destroyed after verification, retaining only the fact and date of verification.
Consent may be withdrawn for future consent-based processing by writing to support@kagaznama.com. A request to correct inaccurate data, erase data after its stated purpose has ended, or complain about handling of the record may be sent to the same address; the recipient should acknowledge and respond within 30 days.
