LANDLORD NOC FOR A WATER CONNECTION

Date: 2 April 2026

I, Harpreet Singh, landlord of House 118, Sector 35-A, Chandigarh, occupied by Aarav Sharma since 1 April 2026, issue this NOC to Municipal Corporation Chandigarh.

I have no objection to New domestic water connection. Application reference: WTR-CHD-2026-4172.

Meter location: Existing approved service point. Plumbing work: Provider-standard connection work only.

Cost allocation: Tenant bears all provider and restoration costs. Ongoing charges: Tenant bears consumption/user charges during the tenancy.

Special conditions: No alteration to common risers without written society approval.

This NOC is limited to the stated domestic water-service request and does not transfer ownership, authorise structural/common-line alterations beyond the stated permission, guarantee tenant charges, or extend the tenancy.

PERSONAL DATA NOTICE

This notice is given under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Personal data in this document is collected only to process and evidence the landlord's limited consent for the domestic water-service request, communicate about that purpose, verify the information expressly supplied, and retain an evidentiary record.

The record will be held by Green Residency Owners Association and may be shown only to the landlord, tenant, authorised property manager or property consultant involved in this tenancy, the utility/service provider, society or building manager directly involved in the stated purpose, and a statutory authority where disclosure is required for the transaction recorded here.

If the requested connection, consent or transaction does not proceed, or this document is withdrawn before it takes effect, the personal data will be retained for 90 days from that decision and then erased. If it proceeds, the record will be retained for the term of the tenancy or transaction plus 12 months and then erased, except for a record that a statute requires to be kept for a longer named period.

A person named in this document may withdraw consent for future consent-based processing, request correction or erasure when the stated purpose has ended, or raise a grievance by writing to support@kagaznama.com. The record-holder should acknowledge and respond within 30 days.

Data minimisation: this document deliberately does not require a full Aadhaar number, Aadhaar-card copy, PAN, bank-account credentials, passwords or unrelated identity material. Detailed identity verification should remain in the separate KYC process unless the stated service independently requires a lawful KYC step.
