1.1 We introduce the following prospective buyer to you in respect of this project or property, in Punjab:
Aerocity Greens, Tower C, three-bedroom apartments
1.2 The prospective buyer is Harpreet Kaur Gill, mobile +91 XXXXX XXXXX, email harpreet.gill@example.com ("the Prospect"). The Prospect is looking for: A three-bedroom apartment on a middle floor, possession within 18 months
1.3 The Prospect agreed in writing to these details being given to you for this purpose, and a copy of that consent is attached.
2.1 That we introduced the Prospect to you on the date, and at the time, of this letter.
2.2 That, if you agree a sale or letting to the Prospect within 120 days after the date of this letter, the introduction is ours, and commission is payable to us under our agreement with you, reference CPA/2026/0147.
2.3 That, if another agent registers the Prospect with you for the same project or property, the agent whose registration you acknowledged first is the introducing agent.
3.1 This letter does not fix the amount of commission, which is governed by our agreement with you, and it does not oblige you to sell or let anything to the Prospect.
3.2 It gives us no authority to make any promise to the Prospect on your behalf.
This notice is given under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
The names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses in this document are collected for one purpose: registering the introduction of the Prospect and deciding which agent introduced them. The agent and the developer or owner each keep a copy. The developer or owner will use the Prospect's details only to deal with the Prospect about the project or property named above. It may be shown only to the agent, the developer or owner, and its sales staff, and it will not be used for marketing.
If no sale or letting to the Prospect results, the Prospect's details in this letter are kept for 90 days after the protection period ends and then erased. If one does, this record is kept for the term of the transaction plus 12 months and then erased.
Consent to the use of personal data in this document may be withdrawn at any time by writing to privacy@bansalproperty.in. A request to correct inaccurate data, to erase data once its purpose has ended, or to complain about how it has been handled may be sent to the same address, and will be answered within 30 days.
