कोई स्टांप शुल्क नहीं — विज्ञापन की अनुमति संपत्ति में कोई हित सृजित नहीं करती, कोई कमीशन तय नहीं करती। यदि इसे बढ़ाकर एजेंट नियुक्त किया जाए, तो अनुच्छेद 5 लागू होता है।

रजिस्ट्री

रजिस्ट्रेशन योग्य नहीं: धारा 17, रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 को ₹100 से अधिक मूल्य की संपत्ति में सृजित हित चाहिए; यह कोई हित सृजित नहीं करता। धारा 18 के तहत वैकल्पिक, पर निरर्थक।

नोटरी

आवश्यक नहीं — किसी भी समय ईमेल द्वारा वापस ली जा सकती है; एक वाक्य में पलटी जा सकने वाली बात को नोटरी कराने से कुछ नहीं जुड़ता।

गवाह

कोई नहीं — स्वामी हस्ताक्षर करता है; सूचीकर्ता की पावती प्राप्ति सिद्ध करती है, जो तब महत्वपूर्ण होता है जब कोई लिस्टिंग हटानी हो।

1. What I permit

1.1 I own the property at House No. 1147, Sector 70, SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab 160071, in Punjab: A two-storey house on a plot of 250 square yards, with a covered car porch ("the Property").

1.2 I permit you to advertise the Property for sale, until 2 April 2026, on these channels only:

Two named property portals; the lister's own website; one signboard at the Property

1.3 The price or rent shown in every advertisement is ₹85,00,000 (Rupees Eighty Five Lakh only). You will not advertise a different figure without my written consent.

1.4 Address: the full address of the Property may be published.

1.5 Photographs and plans: photographs taken by the lister at a visit arranged with the Owner. I confirm that I am entitled to allow photographs and plans of the Property to be published, and you will not publish any photograph I have asked you to remove.

1.6 Occupation: The Property is vacant. No photograph will show an occupant, identify an occupant's belongings, or show any document, vehicle number or face.

2. What this letter is not

2.1 This letter permits advertising only. It does not appoint you as my agent. It does not authorise you to negotiate or agree a price, sign anything or accept money for me, and it creates no right to commission. If I appoint you to sell or let the Property, I will do so by a separate agreement.

3. Accuracy

3.1 You will describe the Property only in the terms I have approved, and will not state or suggest any approval, amenity, area or possession date I have not given you in writing.

4. Withdrawal and take-down

4.1 I may withdraw this permission at any time by email to you. It ends in any case on 2 April 2026.

4.2 Within 7 days after it ends, you will remove every advertisement of the Property you placed or caused to be placed, and confirm to me in writing that you have done so.

Personal data

This notice is given under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

The names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses in this document are collected for one purpose: permitting the Property to be advertised and taking the advertisements down when the permission ends. The Owner and the lister each keep a copy of this letter. The Owner's own name and contact details will not appear in any advertisement. It may be shown only to the Owner and the lister, and it will not be used for marketing.
