  1. 1. That I am of good moral character and sound mind, and am competent to make this affidavit.
  1. 2. That I have never been convicted of, or am currently facing trial for, any criminal offence in any court in India.
  1. 3. That I have never been dismissed or removed from any employment, or debarred by any professional or educational body, on grounds of misconduct, except as disclosed above.
