Approved term: 2 April 2026 to 3 April 2026. Scope: Entire residential premises.
Monthly sub-rent: ₹18,000 (Rupees Eighteen Thousand only). Utilities: Sub-tenant reimburses the tenant as separately agreed. Use: Residential use only in accordance with the head tenancy.
Original tenant liability: Original tenant remains fully liable to the landlord under the head tenancy.
Direct landlord relationship: No direct tenancy or privity with the landlord is created by this consent. Further occupation: No further subletting, licensing or paying-guest arrangement is permitted without fresh written consent. Special conditions: Sub-tenant to complete society occupation form before move-in.
This consent ends no later than the head tenancy and does not survive its lawful termination. Nothing here authorises forcible eviction of the sub-tenant; possession disputes must be handled through lawful process.
