1.1 I am Sunita Rani Gupta. I am signing this letter as the sole owner of the Premises. Together with Sunita Sharma and X, we are the joint owners of the Premises, and each of us gives the consent set out in this letter.
1.2 I am entitled to give the consent set out in this letter. So far as I am aware, giving it does not breach any agreement, mortgage, title condition or housing society bye-law that applies to the Premises.
2.1 This letter is about the following property ("the Premises"):

- Period of occupation: 1 April 2026 to 28 February 2027 (eleven months)
4.1 I have no objection to the Occupant using the address of the Premises as its principal place of business, and to that address being shown, recorded, displayed on statutory documents and verified as such — for the following purposes and for no other purpose:
Registration under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017; registration under the Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958; Udyam (MSME) registration; and opening a current account with a bank in the name of the business.
4.2 I have no objection to the authority concerned, or any officer authorised by it, visiting and physically verifying the Premises. I will co-operate with that verification and will produce this letter and my ownership document if asked.
