1. That I am the deponent above named and am competent to swear this affidavit.

2. That I hold passport number P7654321, issued 11 May 2021 at Amritsar.

3. That I was married to Anmol Sood on 2 April 2026 at Amritsar.

4. That The marriage has been registered, as recorded below.
