ਕਦੋਂ ਲੋੜ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ

For an applicant seeking a Rural Area Certificate from the Tehsildar/SDM in Punjab, certifying ordinary residence in a rural, non-municipal area of the State — asked for by the rural-area weightage some Punjab professional college admissions (agriculture, veterinary and certain other courses) and some state recruitment and scheme notifications give to rural candidates, and as supporting proof for agricultural-scheme eligibility. "Rural" here means outside every Municipal Corporation, Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat, and outside any area otherwise notified as urban — the same urban/rural line drawn in Punjab's own revenue and local-government notifications.

ਹੇਠਾਂ ਜੋ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਥੋਂ ਦੀ ਹੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਿੱਥੇ-ਕਿੱਥੇ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਬਦਲਦੀ ਹੈ — ਭਾਵ ਹੇਠਲੀਆਂ ਰਕਮਾਂ ਉਹੀ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਦਰਾਂ ਬਦਲਦੀਆਂ ਰਹਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਬ-ਰਜਿਸਟਰਾਰ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਤੋਂ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰ ਲੈਣਾ ਠੀਕ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

ਰਜਿਸਟਰੀ

ਇੱਕ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨਯੋਗ ਸਾਧਨ ਨਹੀਂ। ਸੁਵਿਧਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਜਾਂ edistrict.punjabgovt.gov.in ਰਾਹੀਂ ਤਹਿਸੀਲਦਾਰ/ਐੱਸਡੀਐੱਮ ਕੋਲ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨੱਥੀ, ਜੋ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪਟਵਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਅਤੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਨਾਮਿਤ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੀ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੂਚੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਨਿਵਾਸ ਦੀ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਸਬ-ਰਜਿਸਟਰਾਰ ਕਦਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

ਨੋਟਰੀ

ਇੱਕ ਨੋਟਰੀ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਜਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਮੈਜਿਸਟਰੇਟ/ਸਹੁੰ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਸਹੁੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ। ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸੁਵਿਧਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਕਾਊਂਟਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਹੁੰ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉੱਥੋਂ ਦਾ ਅਭਿਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਨੋਟਰੀ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਅਭਿਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਨ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ — ਕਿਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਨੋਟਰੀਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਮ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਸ ਕਾਊਂਟਰ ਤੋਂ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕਰ ਲਓ।

ਗਵਾਹ

ਖ਼ੁਦ ਹਲਫ਼ਨਾਮੇ ਲਈ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ। ਕੁਝ ਪਟਵਾਰੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਨਾਮਿਤ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਸਰਪੰਚ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਪੰਚ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਤੌਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਛਾਣ ਦਸਤਖ਼ਤ ਮੰਗਦੇ ਹਨ — ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਭਾਗੀ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਕਦਮ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਹਲਫ਼ਨਾਮੇ ਦਾ ਗਵਾਹ ਨਹੀਂ।

  1. 1. That I ordinarily reside at Village Bhundri, Tehsil Khanna, District Ludhiana, which is a rural area falling outside the limits of any Municipal Corporation, Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayat or area otherwise notified as urban.
  1. 2. That I have resided there since birth.

Property in support: House No. 214, Village Bhundri, owned by my father, Khewat No. 45.

  1. 3. That this affidavit is sworn for the purpose of admission to an educational institution under the rural quota, namely B.V.Sc & A.H. admission, session 2026-27, and I am aware that a Rural Area Certificate obtained on this affidavit is liable to verification against the Patwari's report and the electoral roll of the village named above.
  1. 4. That the contents of this affidavit are true to the best of my knowledge and belief, that I have concealed nothing material, and that I am aware a false declaration is punishable under law.
