रजिस्ट्री

पंजीकरण योग्य नहीं — शपथ-पत्र सम्पत्ति में कोई अधिकार सृजित नहीं करता, अतः पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 की धारा 17 लागू नहीं होती।

नोटरी

शपथ/अनुप्रमाणन केवल वहाँ आवश्यक है जहाँ प्राप्तकर्ता प्राधिकरण अथवा शपथ-पत्र प्रक्रिया इसकी अपेक्षा करे।
